Year-End Celebration Events Archive
About the READI Impact Awards
The Office of Institutional DEI launched the READI Impact awards, a new and unique team-based recognition to highlight Loyola’s commitment to engraining DEI into everything we do as a unit, department, and institution. The Year-End Celebration is a recognition of our inaugural award winners and a celebration of our collective work over the last year.

The READIs 2024
Inspired by the celebratory energy and intentional gratitude that takes place during the Emmys, Tonys, Grammys, and Oscars, we walked the maroon carpet to introduce Loyola’s version - The READIs! This was an exciting moment to honor and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Ramblers who embody our commitment to Racial Justice, Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, and Inclusive Excellence — values we center in our dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable campus community.
Our time together highlighted the importance of building community, expressing gratitude, and celebrating accomplishments. We hope you not only feel seen and celebrated, but also inspired by your peers' diligence in creating a human-centered culture of belonging at Loyola.
